Why is responsible gaming important?

Online gaming and betting is a great form of entertainment — but it is enjoyable only when played within limits. 999a99 believes that every player's financial and mental wellbeing should be the top priority. Responsible gaming is not just about tracking wins and losses — it is about managing your time, money and emotions in a conscious way.

To ensure a secure environment on our platform, we have introduced various tools and features such as deposit limits, time-out and self-exclusion. On this page you will learn how 999a99 stands by your side to ensure a safe and enjoyable gaming experience.

Remember — gaming is for entertainment, not as a solution to problems. If you ever feel that gaming is going out of control, contact our 24/7 live chat support — we are always here for you.

Our protection tools

999a99 helps you stay in control — use these features and play with awareness.

Deposit Limit

Set your own maximum deposit amount per day, per week or per month. Setting this limit prevents you from going beyond your budget. A reduction in the limit takes effect immediately.

Time-Out Break

Use the time-out feature when you want a temporary break. Your account can be temporarily closed for any period from 1 day to 6 weeks. You will not be able to play until the break period ends.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel gaming is going out of control, choose long-term self-exclusion. You can close your account for a period of 6 months to 5 years. During this time login is made completely impossible.

Session Time Limit

Decide in advance how long you will play in one session. When the set time is up, the platform will ask you to take a break. Session limits are very effective for building healthy gaming habits.

Loss Limit

Set the maximum amount you are comfortable losing within a given time period. When this limit is reached, the session closes automatically. It is a powerful tool for reducing financial loss.

Frequently asked questions about responsible gaming

Questions you may have about responsible gaming tools and policies.

After logging in to your account, go to the Account Settings section. There you will find the option to set a deposit limit under "Responsible Gaming". You can set a daily, weekly or monthly limit as you prefer. Contact our 24/7 live chat support for assistance.

A time-out is a temporary break — usually from 1 day up to 6 weeks. During this period your account is temporarily inactive. Self-exclusion is a long-term measure — from 6 months up to 5 years. If gaming is causing serious problems, choosing self-exclusion is the better option.

No. Self-exclusion is a final decision. There is no option to reactivate your account before the set period ends. This is intentionally designed so that you cannot cross your own boundaries in a moment of emotion. During this time you can contact our support team for mental health assistance.

No, not at all. The minimum age to open an account and play at 999a99 is 21. We verify age at registration. If a minor opens an account using false information and this is proven, the account will be closed immediately and any winnings may be forfeited.

First, contact our 24/7 live chat support directly — our Bangla-speaking team will help you with full confidentiality. You can also write to us at [email protected]. Activate a time-out or self-exclusion on your account and talk to a family member or someone you trust.

A request to reduce a deposit limit takes effect immediately. That means the new limit applies as soon as the setting is saved. However, if you want to increase a limit there is generally a 7-day cooling-off period — this is kept in place intentionally so that decisions are not made on impulse.
